The Miami-Dade County State Attorneys Office has immediate openings for:

1. Entry level positions for recent graduates who qualify for Supreme Court certification or Florida Bar members with no experience who have demonstrated an interest in family law through coursework and/or internships.
2. Lateral positions for Florida Bar members with a minimum of one year of family law experience

To handle a large volume caseload with emphasis on many aspects of civil litigation including basic and complex issues relating to paternity, support, enforcement, modifications, UIFSA cases and other related child support issues. Duties include drafting pleadings and other legal documents, case preparation and court presentation before General Magistrates, Hearing Officers, and Judges.

Entry level salary --$31,992 prior to Florida Bar admission; $38,317
after Florida Bar admission.

Lateral salary will be commensurate with experience
