Below are the results of the Dade County Bar Association's 2003 Judicial Poll. We have collected the ballots and tabulated the results in accordance with established procedures.

The results were compiled from the information tallied on each qualified ballot. This report contains a summation of categories and results of ballots cast for each judge on the ballot.

Ballots which were not received by September 12, 2003 and ballots which did not contain a signed identification certificate were disqualified in accordance with established procedures.

The disposition of the ballots received by our office is as follows:

Established procedures were strictly followed to ensure the accuracy of the ballot. However, our engagement cannot be relied upon to disclose irregularities or illegal acts, including fraud or defalcations, that may exist beyond our control.
